A business oriented end-2-end monitoring tool for SAP PROCESS INTEGRATION/ORCHESTRATION
Extend your PI monitoring with our Document Tracking Tool, a user-friendly end-2-end monitoring tool that allows IT and business users to quickly track the status of electronic message flows between systems and applications without requiring technical knowledge.
Based on the document number (invoice, purchase order, etc.) or other search criteria like dates, business partner, and many others people can easily check if the message was correctly processed.
The tool is flexible, data is persistent, authorization concept is included, no sensible information is displayed, possible to track documents over different interfaces, monitoring data can be archived independent of the PI messages
The tool is also available for an internet browser or for your mobile devices.
